  1. Returns & Exchanges Policy

    At Queen Victory , we are committed to providing high-quality apparel and an exceptional customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a streamlined return and exchange process, subject to the terms below.


    Return Eligibility

    We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    • Tags and original packaging must be intact

    • The item must be free from stains, odors, or signs of wear

    Please note:

    • Final Sale items, including promotional, discounted, and limited edition pieces, are non-returnable and non-refundable

    • We do not currently provide pre-paid return labels; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer


    How to Request a Return

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact our Customer Support team at queenvictory1@hotmail.com  within the return window

    2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return

    3. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions

    4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), a refund will be processed to the original method of payment, typically within 5–7 business days


    Exchanges

    We are happy to accommodate size or product exchanges, provided the requested item is available in inventory. To request an exchange:

    • Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order

    • Follow the return steps above

    • Once your return is approved and the original item received, the replacement will be shipped

    If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us at queenvictory1@hotmail.com within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will prioritize resolving the matter as quickly as possible.


    Additional Notes

    • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable

    • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method
